Hmm . . . I seem to be the only male adult in here.

My name -- my pen-name, that is -- is Will Sjorensen. I'm 27, live in northern Minnesota, and work in telecommunications. This is my first time participating in JulNoWriMo, and I'll be writing the sequel (or more likely the second half!) of my NaNoWriMo '05 winner.

I was just looking through the list of members and there are hardly any guys here at all. You'll have to be sure to spend some extra effort on being masculine to help even out all the femininity (i.e. frequent belching and scratching your balls).

*hands sjorensen a bottle of lager*
Plenty more on hand when you've finished that one. It goes very well with the ball scratching, belching and farting if the guys I know are anything to go by :D

I'm Ravenna, 20 years old, and I've felt more like an adult than a teen since I was about 16.

I'm in a relationship, we have a cat and we're hoping to adopt a kitten together. :D

I've been writing since I was very young, and this is the first time that I've been able to do anything like this due to my school schedule.

NaNo doesn't work as I take around 18 or 19 credits per semester and really kinda hate having more work than I can handle. (Yay being a triple major!)

I want to be a history and theatre teacher when I get out of college, but I will always be a writer at heart.

Hello, I'm not an adult and won't fit in the teenage forrum either. I'm 18 years old and Australian. I have no kids, not married but do have a serious boyfriend, work part time, university student studying criminology. I wish I could be a professional writer, maybe it will happen one day.

Hi, I'm Roma and I'll be 58 in about 3 weeks, but as a 'full-time writer' I'm just 7 months old. XD

The weirdest thing happened on Nov 1, '05: I started writing and do not seem to be able to stop! O.o

On June 15 I also started editing my Nano Winner seriously after several aborted attempts.

I'm semi retired so I finally have the time to do this, after spending over 40 yrs as the ultimate 'one-day novelist.' 8-)

Hi, I'm Morgan. I'm eighteen, and I'm from Missouri. I've tried this fool thing four or five times now, and I've not won yet. As of today, I've still not started, but eh, whatever. I'll get there when I get a plot. Oh, and characters would be great to have too. I still live at home with my parents, who, apart from my own inherent laziness, are the biggest barriers to my getting anything done on a novel (whenever I hit a flow, they seem to have great interrupt-timing,) and I have a wonderful boyfriend who I'm starting to convert... last November he was anti-writing, last week he just said the magic words... "Will you write a novel with me?"
I think I might have to marry that boy 'cause of that. :P

Anyway, I'm glad to meet you all!

Hey Patty, nice to see you here. How you doin'?

I'm editing at the moment. Well, not right this minute, but generally this evening. XD

Sorry to hear about yours, have they stopped now?

Hey there, sorry I haven't replied earlier - I can't get the pages for the forum to load on my computer, and I borrowed another..

I've had two tiny seizures in the last year, so it's not too bad. Not like it was anyway. I'm not medicated any more, but if I have one that is as bad as the very first one I had, I'll be back on Topamax pretty much right away.

I don't know if I'd rather be a zombie, or unmedicated. I'm always suspecting another round, just around the corner, ya know? LOL

Hey. I'm Qaddafi, 24. I moved during the second weekend of the month, and I didn't think I'd make the count. But I did. (Am so happy,)
