Login Issues

I had a problem where every time I tried to sign in on this laptop, it wouldn't let me and returned to the main screen, not logged in.

So, after a couple of quiet days, I thought, I've got to be back here for today so I'll sort it somehow myself.

After perusing the XMB Forums, I found this:
http://forums.xmbforum.com/viewthread.php?tid=774087

Anyway, in the end I made this a restricted site (using IE) then restarted my computer and allowed it again, and it works. Just in case it happens to anyone else.

I've gotten a dozen or so e-mails while I've been away concerning login issues and such. If one of you could tell me how to add the web site as an "exception" or whatever in Internet Explorer so that these people could login, that would be great! I've been dealing with this issue for awhile and never really knew how to fix it--I can login fine on my computer.

Um, I did something like this:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Restricted Sites, and then added it.

Then I restarted the computer, messed around on Twitter, and then removed it from the restricted sites again...

I don't think it'll work for everyone - or so the XMB thread implies - but it might fix a few.

Thanks, I'll be using this page as a reference if I get any more e-mails about this issue. :)

I'm having issues again. Can't sign in from my desktop or laptop, but can from my PSP.

I know I emailed, but... I'm vaguely lost without the forums.

Oh, apparently I'm in. I don't get this. I didn't do anything this time.

Edit: And then I wasn't, and now I am...
