Then the screams reached her ears, high-picted and desperate.
How exactly is a scream high-picted anyways?

Something in the village had gone terrib ly wrong.
I hate it when things go terrib ly wrong. Even worse is when they go terribly wrong.

“What’s going on?” Garett said, his words weighted down by a word that the author can’t think of that means he’s tired.
I. Am. Brilliant.

She hoisted herself into one of the horses, causing the animal to whinney with surprise.
Do I want to know how one hoists themselves into a horse? And horses don't whinney. They whinny.

Men armed with farm tools and knives and anything else they may have had lying around charged into the fray, determined to keep their families sleep.
I can't win tonight. I just can't.

Products of me not wanting to stop and figure out details.

“Um, my [subject] teacher I guess.”

"[Nickname for Taylor], truth or dare?"

The first time they’d been together since Melissa got back from her summer-long mission trip to [exotic country].
(Bonus points for being a sentence fragment!)

[Marginally old-fashioned name], Becky’s mom, had been awake, puttering around the kitchen in sweat pants and fuzzy pink slippers, and she offered to whip up some pancakes, but Sophie declined.

Isabel’s grandmother had been hospitalized with [disease or illness] and Isabel’s whole family had gone down to see her.

And my personal favorites...

Becky had been accepted to [freakishly awesome art school] and had already sold some paintings.

Becky visiting every summer before going back to her tiny, paint-spattered flat in the heart of [freakishly amazing art school city].

^I especially like how the adjective changed, and the fact that I have yet another sentence fragment.

And this is the sentence I just typed...

"I'll just crash on the cough."

You know, cough, couch, whatever...

Edited for bolding/italicizing issues and typos that weren't included in the original JulNoism.

The result of a few 10 Minute Write or Dies:

A few sweaters that I would never wear were hanging, front and center, with little choice around thyme.

So, apparently my FMC keeps her herbs in her closet. Luna's Herbs! We're having a special on thyme! Supposed to be THEM! *facepalm*

I have bene singhing a lot lately, I thought randomly.

You have BENE SINGHING? Really? I'm soo sorry!
Oh, you meant BEEN SIGHING, oh, yeah.
Sad thing is, it looks more like singing than sighing anyway.

I'll edit in more, I guess.

Lalalalalal...and who is Tbitha?

Catie buried her face in his hsouler and nodded, still crying.
Is a hsouler anything like a shoulder?

“Your grandmother’s dards?”
No, her CARDS. I don't even know what dards are.

Turning away from the wreckage, she buried her face in her hands, no longer caring that it wasn’t befitting of a gir he rage, only that the tears not fall on the cards.
The gir, he rage...*headdesk*

And in attempting to fix it it, I ended up with "a girl he rmage". AUGH.

No, Ciri, I'm sure they wouldn't, especially since you're supposed to be contemplating how little they'd like being barged.

Also I just wrote Ciri's name as Cirei. I doubt she'd like the fact that the first thing I think of is Cersei, either.

I'm not sure what a speeratong is, but it clearly goes between the lving room and the kitchen.

that wasn’t even cryptic, it was cryptic.
Was it, or was it not cryptic?

@ Hannah

Um, you're welcome, I think, haha. XD

julnoisms for todayyyy!

I looked for the little number at the bottom that would diell me what that meant.

Oh, good, you can diell me what that meant? Tell. DUHH. *facepalm* How could I put a 'd' in tell?!

Morpheus had many brothers, but the two most important were OWIAHG and WOAHWOI. OWIAHG did not seem to be god-like, as he created the inanimate objects in dreams. I chuckled a little at that. What kind of job is being the little block of wood in a carpenter dream? His other brother WOAHWOI, was the god of nightmares.

This is what happens when I use WoD and cannot take the time to look up the names on Wiki xD

Lovely, I thought. I continued to read. THe boook said taht the brothers werea boutll of the Oneiroi, the black iwnglde dæmons, and that they lived on an island together. Strange, I thought. The good drerams were asia to come through a gate of horn, and the fake thorugh a gate of ivory.

There are so many things wrong with that second sentence, I don't even know where to start. Oh yeah, and the good dreams are Asia. *headdesk*

“Well.... it was just a theory.” Tilda made some expression that involves rolling one’s eyes in a manner that is guilty, not annoyed, which the author is unable to convey in words no matter how many times she makes the specific face herself.
“You clearly felt the need to make preparations.“ Billie raised her eyebows.
“We did have a good run with theoretical scenauos in the past.”

Thats right, my character has eyebows instead of eyebrows, and .... I have no idea what theoretical scenauos are.

...also, I was making that face for ten minutes before I realized my family was staring at me. "You're going crooked-eyed, dear." - is how my father let me know I had been making the face.

Um... honestly I have no idea what I'd do when I find the word...

Gage swore the silence rang with all sorts of prying eyes. (that so doesn’t make sense)

At least I'm acknowledging that in the text.. I have no idea what I was trying to say. I think I've got my senses mixed up somehow.

"Now you have me reading the word count as cunt every time!" (CeilingLurker)

These are just rough quotes, of course, but still... very funny. I laughed for a good five minutes during the convo and could barely type.

Kelshivar Tyrvanille and his search party found themselves sitting later that night in a full tavern after enjoying some stories with each other over a few rounds of drinks. They had almost run out of good things to talk about and all that remained was the inevitable discussion of why Kelshir and fifteen other men had arrived in Onoway.
“So,” Harmedra began. “You said your daughter has been kidnapped and is somewhere in Kelshivar? Do you have any more information than that?”
“No, not really. We’re kind of working off of the assumptions that she was taken to the capital city, Kielstchivic, right now, but that is really just an assumption. If we can ever figure out for sure where she went, it’ll be a miarlc.”
“Well, I think I may be albe to helpl ou folks out some. We have an oracle here in town, yo see, nand she ought to be able to tell you where your daughter is, and if she is actually still alive. Hopefully, it iwl be atl least good news for you,” Harmedra offered.
“That would be fantastic, Harmedra. I cannot thank you enough for your outstanding kindness and generosity.” Kelshivar was on the verge of tears, he was so grateful for the offer of an oracle who may be able to tell him for sure where he could find his daughter.
“Well, we’re in luck, then, because the oracle is my wife,” Harmedra said. Evaebi looked up and pulled out a neclace from under the bodice of her dress.
“This, my good friends, is the Ki’irstri’an charm of the oracle. There are only five of us alive, one per human town in Ki’irstri’a. All of us are women, and each of us wears a necklace with a different stone in it. Mine happens to be amethyst. Therefore, I am the oracle meant ot calm those not at peace. I most certainly can and will help you with your quest, for it is in my written and sworn purposes,” Evaebi explained as she fingered her pendant.
Kelshir leaned in to take a claoser look at the pendant. It was silver with a large amethyst in the middle of the circle, surrounded by what appeared to be some sort of Elven knot. On each of the three points of the knot, there was a smaller amethyst planted in the silver. This hung from a simple silver chain with no clasp, as if it was not meant to ever be removed, even for bathing.

So... First of all, Kelshivar is a country. Kelshir Tyrvanille is the person. That is the main problem here. Most of the rest is just a fine example of my complete inability to type fast. *bows*
