[06/22/09] Server Outage

As many of you have certainly noticed, the JulNoWriMo web site and forums went down on Thursday, June 18th. There was a slight (okay, major) problem at the main data center where the web site is hosted.

I apologize for any inconvenience--it annoys me just as much as it annoys you. I hope you took the time to plan out some more of your novel!

As you can tell, the web site is, for the most part, back up and running. There are still a few kinks that need to be worked out, hopefully they will be resolved soon. This couldn't have happened at a worse time--on top of JulNoWriMo starting soon, I'm leaving for vacation in about 12 hours!

Best of luck to you all (and cross your fingers for no more interruptions),
Robert

The site should still be operating smoothly. I am back from vacation, but my laptop crashed--please forgive me if it takes longer than expected to answer any e-mails.

You can now update your word count by editing your profile and entering in however many words you have. :) Please do not use commas or it will not work correctly.

Good luck!
