I picked up Leroux's The Phantom of the Opera, and I like it much better than I did when I previously tried to read it.

Also, I started re-reading Peter David's novelizations of the Spider-Man movies. Quite honestly, they're much better than the movies just because he can add so much detail (and humor) into the writing. I don't think I've read anything by Peter David that was bad, and the comics he's written are all great.

I have just met you and I love you.

I have favorite series, rather than specific books. I have certain series that I buy as soon as they come out. They are--
Janet Evanovich--Stephanie Plum series
Charlaine Harris--Southern Vampire series
J.K. Rowling--Harry Potter series
MaryJanice Davidson-Betsy, the vampire queen series (From now on I'm buying only paperback, due to the last 2 books)
