Savior of Mousekind

I suppose my current work in progress is considered children's fiction. My inspiration comes from authors like Brian Jaques, E.B. White, and Kate DiCamillo.

This is my first venture into personifying animals. I am creating a world of mice.

At this time, no other animals are given personification. They also do not interact with humans. This gives the story its own world. Kind of like Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh, or Fievel.

It also limits me.

While I have an outline, it has been misplaced. I will be working on a new one and letting the story take me where it will. That's the beauty of a WriMo experience.
