What Povs do you use?

I tend to use the first or limited third person. Which do you guys use limited third person, third person, second person or first person. I am curious to know about it.

"Why am i the only one out of this group who thinks she is nuts." - Unknown character in new novel.

"Alpha there is problems heading up north we need to check out and find out what it is." - Liam from Alpha Alliance

"Master do you need anything else i can get you or do you want me to leave you right now." Peter from Blood Bond

"Eric seems to be interested in me. I hope i can get to know him better. And not have my heart broken again." - Bella Swan from A Viking and his Shield

I tend to alternate between first person and a limited 3rd person (a Deep 3rd POV). While I think I really grab a character's voice best with 1st, I've grown to adore Deep POV.

I generally use third person limited, but try to get the deeper POV when I can.

I haven't really used first person in years because I'm more comfortable with third person limited. XD

Third person limited. I often write short stories in second person, but I don't think it works well in longer pieces.

I'm not a fan of first person.

I generally switch between three characters, so the third person is usually my choice for smooth transitions. However, in order to make sure one of the characters remains central, I make it obvious by giving that character the first person. I don't really like the first person, but I recognize its value.

I may be a pawn, but I'm on the seventh row.

I like 3rd person limited best. In my current series I switch between viewpoints of different characters, and it's kind of jarring to do that in 1st person. 1st person can work in some stories, but I've found that I'm starting to prefer 3rd person as I'm getting older, probably because 1st person kind of reminds me of children's books.

I usually always use first POV, mostly because it's comfortable to me and helps me really engage with my main characters.

I prefer 3rd person limited, although I do tend to switch between the characters who are "narrating" the story - in my current WIP, there are three POV characters, and I switch between which of them I'm doing limited 3rd for, although one is still the "main person." I've never written a long piece (or really anything) in 2nd or 1st before, but I'm planning to do 1st for this year's JulNo (and my MC is a guy, eep!) 'cause I want it to be funny and I think it will be easier to just do it from his POV all the time.

I tend to use 1st person or 3rd person limited omniscient to best effect. Anything else tends to come out stilted and odd.

I tend to use third person. In my previous JulNoWriMo piece I alternated between my characters, which will be the same for this piece, not sure with how many characters though - have yet to decide that.
