Thought so, haha.

Makes it easy to remember, yes?

Wow, you go earlier for a change! But if you go, I've nothing to do either. Good night! :)

I ended up not going skiing yesterday. :( I've actually got a bit of the flu right now. It's spreading like crazy over here in the U.S.

:( Hope you feel better soon!

On the way to class and it's going to be a long, dull day: three hours of researching/writing for a 3k word report and then a test. And my break will be spent interviewing a student from the catering dept. Yay. :rolleyes:

It keeps trying to snow here but it's not setting, thankfully! I wanted to just stay in bed today.

Got the assessment in 30 mins. Rescheduled the interview for later so I can revise a little and eat - class overran meaning we only have 40 minutes break between the two 3-hour long classes. ><

40 minutes is still pretty long. Good luck for the exam again!

I wasn't responding to your question to him - you said it was snowing where you were after that. =P

I'm pretty confident I've passed. 2 & a half hour exam - finished in 25 mins.

Ah. Got confused then.

Well done! :] Not a surprise, I guess. What's next on the schedule?

Oh, and I heard my uni might be offering a course on Scots soon. It sounds interesting!

I passed. ^^ And apparently passed the website design too - although he jokes I failed because it was "too advanced" (he didn't understand it XD).

In pub atm with six of my classmates. :]

Who would want to learn about Scots? We're boring!

That was fast, but yay!

Me, for a start? XD I meant the language. But I couldn't find any official info on it, so I wonder where A got that from...

Waiting for today's film to start. Kind of bored, although I was studying a little.

As in Scottish Gaelic? It's a really useless language. It's only spoken in the highlands and the west of Scotland. Heck, I live in the west and the only exposure to the language I've had to today is station signs. Oh, and the train I'm on has "Rèile na h-Alba" (the Gaelic name for ScotRail) written across the side of every other carriage. x)

And for Scots itself (as in the dialect that has since come to be recognised a language) you've your own personal translator! XD But they wouldn't teach that anyway... I suppose Dave teaches readers in my novels? x)

Yep, Scottish Gaelic. I guess the only reason I'm interested in it is you though... ^^; Dave is by no means a good teacher, but I get what you mean. x)

Film was very interesting! Glad I went despite the snow. And I got to see S for like three seconds~

I don't know why you'd be interested in it because of me; I can't speak it and don't know anyone who does despite living in one of the two areas it's spoken. XD Some people here must speak it though because Gaelic is used throughout all of the town's signs.

Dave is easily my favourite character to write. His dialogue best represents the cast's dialect/accent. XD

There you go - you live in the area it's spoken. That's all. x) Obviously I won't take it up at uni.

So what did you do today?

I've snow photos for you I took on the way home. We easily got 10 cm today!

Nope, me neither. Had coffee with A, then went to the library (institute, not the main one) to study and pass time until they closed at 6. Then went to the study room until the film started at 6:30. On the way back home I almost got hit by a snowball...

You only said that because you don't have to wade through it! XD

Yup! I hate snow when we have it but it's okay to look at photos when others do!

Day off tomorrow! ^^ Although I still need to interview H, write an article and write a script + shot list for a safety video over Friday+the weekend. >< I'll never get time to play with Luca at this rate. :( He's been on my mind all day!

I also have housework to do plus a social life too! I'm going out tomorrow night (pub for C's birthday) and Saturday afternoon (lunch with M & H). x) And I want to get some research for the report if I can as well as write up a proposal and brief for the graded unit... ^^;

Got some free time atm though but I'm not at the computer. Drinking Dad's peach schnapps while doing some Luca research.

You up to much? :]

Even though you went out today? Okay, it's obvious I'm far from your level of being social. x)

Peach sounds good, schnapps doesn't. How is it?

I've been reading manga while listening to Namie. In fact all I'm reading these days is Hikaru no Go. Just stopped at chapter 121. XD But it's such an exciting story! And why do you ask?

XD

It's lovely with lots of lemonade. :]

I've seen ads for it in the backs of other manga but never taken an interest in it. I don't read much at all anymore though. ^^;

Ah, I see. Would've been surprised if you drank it pure.

Even though it's by Obata-sensei? x) It's obvious he likes mind games even in his early work. I see how he could come up with Death Note later. It's easier to understand and has shorter arcs though which makes it hard to stop reading. ^^;

But I'll go to sleep now. It's late... Good night!

Doesn't make much of a difference to me who it's by. I'm fussy with manga - I need to love the art style and the sound of the story otherwise I take no interest. I'm not even a huge fan of the medium to be honest. I'd rather watch the live action films and dramas based on them.

It feels too early to be awake despite being 10:30am. D;

What happened to your laptop?

I've been in a bad mood all day. I woke-up this morning to find that just 25 mins before my alarm went off that some basket on the other side of the world hacked my PayPal and spent 1.5 months worth of my money! Could take 7-10 days to get it back. :/
