When I do my first draft, I use white font on a blue background. 14 pt Calibri (a somewhat small font). Single spaced with paragraph indents.

When I go to editing, I transform it to black on white, double spaced. I just find the blue more soothing for the first draft.

Oh lord, only three weeks of planning? This should be interesting... o_0

I'm boring as well, using Times New Roman, 12 pnt and single spaced. Used to that and not really willing to change it haha ^_^

12 point Cambria for the most part, but 10 point Lucida Console for the parts where Penny is journalling. No fancy formatting with Google Docs, unfortunately... Although it would distract me if I did do it.

I may be a pawn, but I'm on the seventh row.

It varies (like everything I do). ;)

Times New Roman, 12pt font, 12pt spacing. It's even more compact than single spacing, and it's great when you want a quick overview. (Seeing dialogue vs blocks of prose)

Otherwise, it's TNR, 12pt font, double space. The number of pages written makes me feel better. :P (29 vs 56 - big difference!)

Oh, and I always tab. It looks neater, more organized, and less intimidating. :)

Just a creative kitten.

Times, 20pt., single-spaced, tabbed, acid-green-on-black. No in-line formatting except the occasional em tag and the rare CAPSLOCK.

I save everything in plain text, though, so that pretty much changes the second I'm done with the actual writing part. I go for Kai and a more mundane black-on-white when I'm editing on screen, and a super-small 8pt. font and a two inch left margin when printing for a hard edit.

I'm doing a mix of Verdana and Courier New at 11pt, single space, black on white in LSB. I'm not messing around with anything else right now until I get more comfortable with the program, or closer to printing this thing in the end. When it comes to editing it later, I'll probably bump it up to 1.5 for spacing.

Georgia, 12 point, automatic indent, 1.5 spacing, black on white, page numbers to keep track of chapter length. (I'm boring, apparently. ^^; )

11-point Cambria, auto indent, single spaced. Nothing fancy here. My chapter numbers are size 20 Credit Valley, which I chose mostly because I wanted a nice looking but easily spotted chapter break.

I'm currently using LJ (there seems to be problems with opening Word on my computer at the moment) but I usually type in either Verdana (10pt) or Plantaganet Cherokee (12pt), single spaced.
