^ Unfortunately, languages weren't required when I was in school and I had no idea how worldly we would become in my lifetime, so I know ONLY ONE language and child speak.. .which is how to understand young children as I'm a teacher!

I might want to learn Spanish since it is so near to me these days. German would be nice as it's in my heritage.

V What have you created that you loved? (any art form)

I've done some drawings that I'm pretty proud of, and I'm still admiring a picture I took in Vegas this summer, but I'm sure I've done something else I've done that I love... I just can't think of it right now.

My mom made me a cloak for my 11th birthday. It fits really well now, and doesn't drag anymore, I love it. And I always seem to spell the word "cloack". I don't know why.

Favorite candle scent?

Pumpkin or Mulberry is a great candle scent.

Maybe I will paint on canvas this weekend.

What jewelry do you wear and when?

I have a green turtle necklace thing that is like part of me now. Other than that, I don't really wear jewelry.

I have a Mulberry candle burning in my room right now :D

Wordcount goal for the end of today?

I have raspberry burning!

And what is your word count goal for the end of the day?

My reward today is bragging in a chat room. =)

And I found a way to add a nice bit of humor to my story!

Are you better at dialogue, writing humor, or penning the kissing scenes?

Dialogue. Though I am getting better with adding humor to my writing.

Hungry. I should probably eat breakfast.

The venus flytrap is somewhere at the top although there are some wicked looking cacti and of course, the orchid is gorgeous.

I love my nook! I can put my OWN book on my own nook!

Besides using said, stated, exclaimed, whispered, and asked, what do you use during dialogue bits?

retorted, added in. I use others, I just can't think of/can't find them right now.

That's cool. Putting your own book on the nook.

Actions other than "sighed" and "nodded"?

Rubbed beard, fondled hair, watched the clouds, picked a grass stem to chew, fixed a cuticle, brushed arm hairs or cleaned whiskers... what? I am writing about in a feline world!

I hadn't thought to scan books to find words like sighed and nodded and such.

Does the novel you are working on take place mostly at night or in the day? Why?

I would like to say day, but I do have a lot of scenes around the campfire. I think it's pretty much half and half.

Ugh. My nose randomly decided to spaz out on me. Now I'm sneezing and have to blow my nose every other minute.

What are your favorite scenes to write (i.e. death scenes, action scenes, "cute" scenes) and why?

I like writing action scenes because I write them fast; but I must say I love death scenes too.

Killing characters makes me feel like a goddess!

How many characters have you killed in your current novel? Is that more or less than your usual?

4 so far. There will be more. It's more than usual, but this is the first novel I started writing, so I don't know if it counts.

I love to kill them off, it just usually ends up cheesy. Sigh.

Have you ever had to kill a character off just because they're stealing the spotlight?

No, when they steal, I give them a little room!

My company is heading over.. waaaaaahhhhhh.

How do you subside the novel when you are visiting with others?
