Enya is the first girl born to the Ant’ara tribe directly descended from Ara and no other child was born to the matron. The tribe is in uproar as to whether Enya is the right leader for the tribe, and whether she has the ability to lead the tribe. The elders in the Ant’ara tribe decide that Enya must go on a quest to visit the gods. If she returns, she will be allowed to lead the Ant’ara tribe, but if she does not, the leadership will go to the Elders, which is against the gods wishes. However, the gods are not allowed to help her on this quest. Especially Ara who sees Enya as one day being a great leader, but is not sure if she can make it back alive. |
